📍 Location: On-Site (Los Angeles, CA – 5 Days/Week)

The Role

As Director of Merchandise & Design, you’ll oversee product strategy, creative development, and cross-functional execution for all new SKUs, limited drops, collabs, and packaging innovations. You’ll bring a deep understanding of trend forecasting, product development, and merchandising strategy—ensuring every launch is both beautiful and commercially successful.


What You’ll Do

🛍 Own the Product Roadmap – Define and manage the brand’s product pipeline and merchandising strategy, including core, limited edition, and seasonal offerings.

🎨 Lead Product & Packaging Design – Oversee creative development of packaging and physical products, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and customer expectations.

📈 Drive Consumer Insights – Use data, trends, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and identify white space opportunities.

🧵 Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with marketing, creative, ops, and finance to bring products to life from concept through delivery.

🤝 Manage External Partners – Lead communications with vendors, designers, and packaging suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.

🧠 Forecast Trends & Innovation – Keep a pulse on beauty, fashion, and culture to inform next-gen products and visual direction.


What You’ll Bring

✔️ 7–10 years of experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle product merchandising and design

✔️ Strong creative vision and understanding of physical product development

✔️ Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

✔️ A keen eye for packaging and industrial design that resonates with modern consumers

✔️ Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

✔️ Passion for building innovative, thoughtful products from scratch
