A leading wellness brand is hiring an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and optimize their lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS. This is a key role on a fast-moving team, responsible for building high-converting flows, managing campaign calendars, and driving retention through thoughtful, data-backed messaging.
About the Role
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things email and SMS—managing strategy, segmentation, copywriting, testing, and reporting. You’ll partner cross-functionally with design, growth, and product teams to ensure a cohesive, high-performing customer journey that educates, engages, and converts.
Responsibilities
📬 Own Email & SMS Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns and automations across the funnel
🧠 Segmentation & Personalization: Build smart segmentation strategies to deliver relevant content to the right people
✏️ Content Creation: Write or edit campaign copy and ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice
📊 Performance Optimization: Run A/B tests, monitor analytics, and continuously improve based on performance
🧩 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, product, and growth to align on launches, promos, and messaging
🗓 Calendar Management: Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure timely execution
You’re a Great Fit If You…
✔️ Have 3–5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally at a DTC brand in the wellness, beauty, or lifestyle space
✔️ Are highly analytical and results-driven, with a deep understanding of email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
✔️ Write compelling, on-brand copy and understand what makes customers click
✔️ Have experience with segmentation, flows, A/B testing, and reporting
✔️ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love taking ownership of results
