Position Title: Communication Coordinator
Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and creatively strategic Internal Communications Coordinator to act as the bridge between our home office and our franchisees. This person will serve as the enthusiastic champion of our brand’s initiatives—driving franchisee engagement, rolling out marketing campaigns, and building excitement around our network’s evolution. You’ll need a heart for connection, a mind for marketing, and a vibe that fits our fun-yet-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Communications & Engagement
- Serve as the primary internal marketing liaison between the corporate team and franchisees.
- Lead the rollout of key initiatives with clear, branded communications and marketing support.
- Generate excitement and drive buy-in for campaigns, programs, and new tools.
Program & Initiative Promotion
- Promote and support the successful adoption of all initiatives across the franchise network, including:
- Studio-level Challenges and Bring a Friend Events
- InBody Week, Supplement promotions, and New Apparel launches
- LMS content, Trainerize updates, and Accountability Session strategies
- Organic social marketing and lead generation ideas
- New videos/photoshoots, technology rollouts, and equipment releases
- Dietitian integrations and vendor partnerships
- Franchisee anniversaries, monthly socials, seminars, and the annual conference
- New workouts, guide updates, and internal webinars
- All new initiatives
Content & Campaign Creation
- Draft email campaigns, talking points, and toolkits to empower franchisees.
- Collaborate with video, graphic design, and project management teams to keep messaging on-brand and timely.
- Curate a calendar of internal marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
Culture Champion
- Embody and promote our core values in all communication and interaction.
- Create a tone that is surprisingly personable, fun, and professional.
- Build a community that celebrates wins, supports growth, and keeps it real.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing, internal communications, or franchise operations (franchise experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management ability
- Experience creating and managing internal campaigns
- Tech-savvy with platforms like google workspace, mailchimp, etc.
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups (live or virtual)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
