Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes for multiple luxury residential projects
- Issuing POs, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation and vendor records
- Coordinating delivery schedules, solving logistics issues, and ensuring seamless installations
- Sourcing high-end furnishings, lighting, and materials—especially within West Coast vendor networks
- Working closely with designers and project managers to align procurement with design intent and timelines
- Managing communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintaining detailed tracking systems and proactively following up on open orders
- Supporting financial processes related to billing, payments, and reconciliation

- You’re incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and always three steps ahead on timelines
- You’re calm under pressure, service-minded, and thrive in a behind-the-scenes role
- You’re confident working independently and communicating across distributed teams
- You’re ideally based on the West Coast (outside of the Bay Area) and excited about a fully remote role
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of procurement or operations experience within interior design or related industries
- Proficient in Studio Designer (or similar) for issuing POs and tracking orders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors and teams
- Experience managing logistics and vendor relations for multiple concurrent projects
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- Prior experience in luxury residential design environments preferred
