Responsibilities

They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across the full software development lifecycle, with a balanced skill set in both front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires a developer who is not only technically proficient but also a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams and manage technical projects end to end.

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly solutions. 
• Communicate effectively, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, challenges, and progress through all stages of development. 
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation. 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve development processes. 
• Debug and optimize code to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.

Is this you?

• 5-7 years of experience in full stack development. 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js). 
• Strong experience with back-end development using languages like Node.js, and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services. 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• A team player who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
