Title: Senior Product Engineer

Location: Remote (US Eastern Hours)

Reporting Structure: The role reports to the CTO.

Company Description

Our Client is personalizing the learning experience for all students by leveraging AI. The opportunity to solve Bloom’s 2 Sigma problem with technology finally exists, and Our Client will execute on and monopolize the solution.

The Role

As one of the core members of our product team, you’ll own end-to-end product experiences — from understanding the why behind a feature to building, shipping, and scaling it across classrooms.

You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO and teams across engineering, design, and product — ensuring what we build truly moves the needle for students and teachers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Postgres.
  • Strengthen our core infrastructure for performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
  • Think deeply from the user’s perspective and understand the product direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who thrives on solving real-world problems.
  • Someone who loves to learn, and levels up everyone around them.
  • Someone who communicates clearly, and values mutual feedback.

Why join now

This role is designed to be a launchpad for rapid growth and deep impact.

  • Impact. What you build will reach real classrooms quickly — and you’ll see the difference firsthand.
  • Growth. Join a tight-knit, fast-moving engineering team inside a growing 14-person company.
  • Focus. Work with clarity, autonomy, and rapid feedback loops.
  • Learning. We value learning — for students, and for ourselves.
  • Truth-seeking. We believe in finding patterns, digging deeper, and iterating relentlessly.

If you’re excited to shape the future of personalized learning and want to build products that make a real impact in classrooms, we’d love to hear from you.
