Responsibilities
- Leading all phases of the design process—from concept through installation
- Developing design narratives, mood boards, materials palettes, and FF&E specifications
- Producing space plans, elevations, and presentations using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
- Sourcing luxury furnishings, finishes, and materials
- Managing client presentations and approvals with clarity and confidence
- Collaborating closely with project managers, procurement, and external vendors to maintain timelines and budgets
- Mentoring junior designers and supporting an inclusive, feedback-driven design culture
- Overseeing installations with a meticulous eye and hands-on attitude

- You have over 7 years of experience in luxury residential interior design
- You thrive in a lead role—comfortable taking full ownership of projects from start to finish
- You’re client-facing, confident, and skilled at building lasting relationships
- You’re an expert in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, and Adobe Creative Suite
- You’re calm under pressure, thoughtful in your decisions, and bring a spirit of humility to your work
- You live in the Bay Area (or plan to relocate) and are excited by a hybrid setup
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional interior design experience, ideally in high-end residential
- Strong design sensibility with a portfolio of refined, high-caliber projects
- Proven track record of running design projects independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in the technical tools of the trade: AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Suite
- Skilled in both client-facing communication and internal team mentorship
