About the Role

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Technical Recruiter II to help scale our team during a period of rapid growth. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical roles while balancing both specialized and higher-volume hiring needs. You’ll operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor, helping refine recruiting processes, leverage data to drive decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving ambiguous hiring challenges, and brings a consultative mindset shaped by agency recruiting experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Execution
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across technical roles
  • Source, screen, and manage pipelines for a mix of specialized and dynamic/fast-moving hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking
  • Strategic & Consultative Partnership
  • Advise hiring managers and leadership on recruiting strategy, hiring timelines, and talent market dynamics
  • Help hiring teams calibrate candidate expectations and hiring criteria
  • Balance speed with quality in a high-growth, startup environment
  • Process Improvement & Program Management
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and refine recruiting workflows, processes, and candidate experience initiatives
  • Contribute to recruiting programs including sourcing strategies, employer branding, and interview training


Is This You? 

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including:
  • 2–3+ years in an agency recruiting environment
  • Experience supporting technical hiring across multiple role types and seniority levels
  • Experience recruiting in startup environments, ideally Series A through Series C growth stages
  • Proven ability to balance pace, quality, and stakeholder management in high-growth environments
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation capabilities across technical disciplines
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically as a hands-on recruiter
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics to drive improvements
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills with hiring leaders
  • Highly organized executor who can manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Demonstrated resilience, work ethic, and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Nice to have: experience recruiting within regulated or compliance-heavy industries such as healthcare, financial services, legal, insurance or security
