Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the post-close process — owning campaign setup, handoff coordination, open-item follow-through, and preparing for joint client calls.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, including account/contact management, campaign activity tracking, opportunity updates, and overall account health visibility.
  • Build and manage campaigns within Looma’s ISM platform, ensuring all configurations are complete and tied accurately to Salesforce opportunities before launch.
  • Guide brand partners through Looma’s self-serve asset submission process, including specs, timelines, and approval expectations.
  • Conduct first-pass reviews of submitted creative assets to proactively flag issues before approval workflows begin.
  • Own campaign performance report QA and delivery, translating campaign results into clear, actionable insights for partners.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for campaign or platform issues, resolving operational blockers and coordinating with internal teams when needed.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners while building scalable processes that support a growing portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships across assigned accounts and advise brands on the Looma programs, formats, and content approaches best suited to their goals.
  • Identify renewal and upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives and advocate internally for improvements that enhance the brand experience.


Is This You?

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales operations, or a related client-facing B2B role.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, workflows, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Fluent in CRM systems — especially Salesforce — and understand the importance of clean, accurate data management.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments where process building and adaptability are essential.
  • Strong communicator who proactively manages expectations and keeps both clients and internal stakeholders informed.
  • Data-driven and confident interpreting campaign performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in digital advertising, retail media, CPG marketing, shopper marketing, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with campaign management systems, content submission workflows, or digital media operations is a plus.
  • Exposure to in-store media, DOOH, or video production workflows is a bonus.
