Ventus AI is building the AI Teammate for healthcare — a team of intelligent agents that runs the back office for specialty groups, so clinicians and their teams can focus on what actually matters: patients. Our agents work inside a customer's own systems — navigating payer portals, EHRs, emails, and inbound calls exactly like a skilled human would — verifying eligibility, fighting claim denials, and recovering revenue that would otherwise be left on the table. No APIs required. No rip-and-replace. Just results.

We're founded by repeat entrepreneurs with deep experience bringing frontier AI into the real world, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, and built by engineers and researchers from Google, Meta, Apple, Stanford, CMU, and Berkeley. We're already live across specialty groups with 400+ offices under contract and paying customers nationwide — and inbound demand is accelerating. Now we need people who can help us sell it big — builders who see a once-in-a-generation market opportunity and want to be on the team that captures it.

Responsibilities


This is a founding go-to-market role where you'll own the top of our funnel end to end. You'll source and contact DSO and healthcare-group leads, run cold outreach, prep us for conferences, and sit in on every sales call — learning the motion firsthand and driving the follow-ups that turn conversations into pilots. It's a rare mix of prospecting, deal work, and building a sales engine from scratch.



Preferred Qualifications


  • 1–2 years in a BDR, SDR, or comparable outbound/sales role
  • A strong, clear writer — your cold emails get replies
  • Organized and relentless on follow-up; nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfortable using AI tools to do the work of a larger team
  • Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and wants to ship real impact
  • Bay Area based and able to work onsite in our San Mateo office
  • Experience in or around healthcare — dental/DSO, RCM, or provider operations — is a strong plus
