About the Role

Senpilot is hiring a Junior AI Builder / Vibe Coder, someone who loves to build, experiment, and learn by doing. This person will work directly with Senpilot’s Founder & CEO to bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping, tooling, and experimentation with the latest AI technologies.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer or technical tinkerer who wants to move fast, own projects end-to-end, and gain firsthand exposure to what it’s like building at an early-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO to turn ideas into working prototypes quickly.
• Build internal tools, lightweight apps, and experimental products using modern AI frameworks.
• Explore and implement tools like Claude Code, Cursor, CodeX, Vercel, and Render.
• Write simple, functional code to support experimentation and iteration.
• Translate abstract ideas into tangible MVPs that can be tested with users or internal stakeholders.
• Iterate quickly on feedback and pivot fast when needed.
