The Role

Radix Health is on a mission to make healthcare operations seamless and data-driven. As we grow rapidly, so does our operational data — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a curious, driven Data Analyst to turn complex claims and operational data into actionable insights that power decision-making across the business.

You’ll be embedded within our Operations team, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve workflows, speed up claims processing, and ensure our clients’ needs are met efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and impact, and who wants to see their work drive tangible outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Build dashboards and reports across tools like Looker, Tableau, or whatever gets the job done
  • Write efficient SQL queries to support operational and business questions
  • Translate messy data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Work with team leads to define KPIs and build the reporting infrastructure to track them
  • Serve as a data translator—help teams understand and act on what the numbers mean
  • Contribute to a growing data culture that values ownership, honesty, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role at a tech org
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort writing operational queries
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong business intuition—you can see beyond the numbers and spot the story
  • Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Driven, collaborative, and no-ego approach to work
  • Bonus: experience with Python or R
  • Bonus: healthcare/claims data familiarity (Medicare, insurance, or billing workflows)

#Perks

  • Compensation: Base Salary $100 - 125k base + early stage equity
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401k
  • Office with casual vibes in LA and Manhattan (between Chelsea + the Flatiron District)
