Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Remote

Reporting Structure: This role reports to the CTO

The Company

Our Client an AI-native platform that accelerates due diligence and underwriting for the $265B multifamily real estate market. They are a remote-first, lean team moving fast on product and already working with some of the largest companies in the industry.

They are looking to hire a mission driven, full-stack engineer that wants to make an immediate impact and expedite the delivery of key features.

What You'll Work On

• Use LLMs and OCR technology to comprehend and extract information from unstructured documents with high accuracy
• Collaborate closely with the team on technical direction and implementation
• Own high-impact features ranging from core full-stack functionality to internal tooling, performance improvements, and reliability
• Operate independently while keeping a tight feedback loop with the team and our customers

Is This You?

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, 3 years owning entire projects and outcomes
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React (Next.js), Node.js, Postgres and data engineering
• Familiarity with AI workflows (LLMs, embeddings, vector search, etc.)
• Comfortable with startup speed and ambiguity and prior experience with early-stage startups
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, or data-heavy applications
• Track record of creating clever UX workflows to stitch together technology for an applied use-case
• Strong communicator: you can break down complex ideas clearly and concisely, and ask the right questions

Bonus Points

• Previous experience at a company with similar focus
• Experience with Google Cloud Infrastructure: GCS (Storage), Document AI, file processing pipelines
• Exposure to real estate or financial analysis
• Eye for design
