You’ll lead with both process rigor and a global mindset - translating fast-paced client needs into reliable, scalable operational execution.

  • Bachelor's degree from a top 5 university in your country
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and research skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, or transcription/labeling platforms
  • Background in consulting, expert networks (e.g., GLG, AlphaSights), or data operations
  • Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams

Hiring Process

  2. Round 2: Technical/Case Presentation Interview (30-45 min)
  3. Round 3: Culture Fit Interview (30-40 min)
