The Opportunity
our client has focused the last couple of years on building an excellent product, delivering value and impact to our customers, and growing the business. Now that they have built this foundation, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager with passion, drive, and focusing on customer experience. This is a hands-on role in which you will be making a significant contribution to the growth of the existing product and the success of new product initiatives.
This position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice experience and excellent communication skills. Additionally, a technical understanding of a SAAS business, working with cross-functional teams is vital. The product manager will work with internal and external stakeholders, including peer product managers globally, to help shape the product vision and execute on delivering value to next-generation retailers. Candidates must be comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges, and working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Define and manage product roadmap, executing on current priorities while planning future strategy through qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, market analysis and business needs evaluation
- Collaborate with our Engineering and data science teams to understand the feasibility of product features and alternative options when necessary
- Gather, analyze and report key metrics on product performance and launch timelines
- Identify and resolve critical issues and roadblocks, and execute on shifting priorities
- Work with Customer Success and Business Development teams to identify opportunity areas to improve the customer experience
- Evaluate user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities that will guide our roadmap
- Continually research and stay up to date on the latest AI trends for both internal efficiency and as product features for our customers
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a field with a strong emphasis on technology, ideally computer science or engineering
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally with an experience at a SaaS company building and owning the product, management and delivery lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering products on-time, previous experience in managing backlog and prioritization
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with ability to influence at all levels and in various teams; a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Have a strong emphasis on user analytics with previous experience using data from existing customers on product decisions
- Ability to distill requirements from multiple stakeholders, multiple data sources into a single feature set
- Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills in English
- Experience with working US based teams, across different time-zones
- A strong understanding of AI functionality and how it is applied to the modern workplace
- Ideally you will have experience in the retail planning / supply chain planning industries
