Role Overview:
Radix Health is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and internal operations. This is a high-visibility, execution-heavy role ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves and deliver analyses that directly impact business decisions and client outcomes.
You'll work closely with Radix Leadership, Sales, and Operations to produce data-backed deliverables that drive growth conversations, inform strategic priorities, and keep customers happy.
What You’ll Do:
- Work as a cross-functional specialist in supporting teams with analyses that matter. This includes senior leaders and clients.
- Create polished, data-driven analyses to support decision making, including ROI analyses, strategic initiative assessments, and internal financial modeling.
- Develop tailored and meaningful deliverables that guide clients’ decision making, such as in-network market analyses, out of network strategy analyses, M&A support and other “real world” matters.
- Support Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership with custom analytics and deliverables that strengthen Radix’s value proposition in high-stakes conversations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and business development efforts.
- Manage multiple execution-heavy workstreams in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, research, or financial/data analysis roles - bonus if focused on healthcare provider services

Highly proficient in Excel and analytical ability to extract meaningful patterns and insights from large or complex data sets.

Strong PowerPoint and communication skills; able to present data in a clear, compelling way for external audiences.
- Sharp, intellectually curious, and capable of working independently to deliver on ambiguous problems.
- Experience at working cross-functionally across business development, partnerships, or sales teams with research and analysis.
- A multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement or out-of-network billing
