Company Description


Radix Health protects patients from surprise healthcare bills and fights for fair insurance payments to healthcare providers.


Specifically, we leverage the No Surprises Act's Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process to quickly and efficiently boost out-of-network reimbursement for providers at scale.


We combine Silicon Valley software engineering with deep healthcare expertise, unlocking a seamless and transparent way for providers to embrace the new out-of-network reimbursement landscape. 


Radix is led by ambitious co-founders with diverse prior experience, spanning from healthcare services Investment Banking / Private Equity to product management in high-growth tech.


We’ve quickly grown to be the leading solution in our space. Our pre-empted Series A was led by Bessemer Venture Partners in June, and we are growing rapidly (3x growth since April). 


The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Head of Marketing, someone who knows how to make a product shine and build a brand people actually trust. You're equal parts strategic and scrappy. One day you’re overseeing a website revamp or PR agency, the next you’re brainstorming how to make us the most talked-about name in RCM (without sounding like every other vendor).


This is the first full-time marketing hire. You’ll set the vision, own demand gen, manage external vendors, and make sure that when someone Googles Radix Health, they get it. You don’t necessarily need healthcare experience, but you need to be smart, creative, and capable of operating with autonomy in an early-stage environment.



What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve the brand: Help us stop looking like an early-stage startup and start looking like the category-defining company we are. Build trust. Make us look the part. Make us stand out.
  • Lead demand generation: Develop and execute campaigns that drive qualified interest, especially as we build out our outbound sales motion next quarter.
  • Manage vendors: SEO agency, PR firm, creative contractors, we need a leader who knows how to drive results and keep up with the growth.
  • Conference and event strategy: We're already speaking and attending industry events, your job is to make sure it’s cohesive, strategic, and high-ROI.
  • Rethink the website: You’ll own the revamp, making sure it’s as credible as it is compelling.
  • Drive thought leadership: Help us amplify our leadership. Ghostwrite. Get us quoted. Make sure we’re part of the conversation.
  • Work cross-functionally: Be a partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the founding team.

  • When someone Googles us, they get it and they want to learn more.
  • Our sales deck, website, and swag actually match the quality of our product.
  • We have a differentiated story that isn’t “we’re just better.”
  • We look and feel like a high-growth tech company (not a 1997 billing vendor).
  • You’ve helped set us up for a Head of Sales to succeed next quarter.



What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve led marketing in an early-stage B2B startup, ideally post-Series A.
  • You’ve built brand trust from scratch, even in complex or boring industries.
  • You know how to generate demand (but you don’t need 50 SDRs to do it).
  • You’re an excellent writer and storyteller.
  • You’re strategic, autonomous, and know how to roll with early-stage ambiguity.
  • Bonus: You’re in LA or willing to travel occasionally.
  • Extra bonus: You’ve marketed in or adjacent to RCM or healthcare, but it’s not required.
