About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate Director to serve as a key member of our senior leadership team and the right hand to the Executive Director. This individual will oversee daily operations, HR, facilities, and administrative systems—ensuring organizational excellence and freeing the Executive Director to focus on strategy and vision.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and align operations across programs, HR, and facilities
• Strengthen communication, accountability, and culture across teams
• Manage key systems (budgets, compliance, and EOS processes)
• Support and develop staff through coaching and training
• Partner with the Executive Director on strategy and special initiatives

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of operational and leadership experience (nonprofit or related field)
• Strong systems-thinker with high emotional intelligence and follow-through
• A servant leader rooted in Christian faith who thrives in fast-paced ministry work
