Executive Chef – Private Club | West Chester, PA Area

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000


A respected private club in the West Chester, PA area is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to take the lead in its culinary operations. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who enjoys both creative freedom and operational leadership—overseeing à la carte dining as well as banquets and special events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and execute all kitchen operations, including à la carte service, events, and banquets
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team
  • Develop seasonal, cost-effective menus that reflect quality and creativity
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and sanitation
  • Manage food and labor costs effectively


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a club, resort, or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of à la carte and banquet service
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • ServSafe certification required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Organized, hands-on, and team-oriented leader
