Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership across all clubhouse operations, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and private events.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings.
- Apply strong financial management skills to budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through consistent service standards.
- Lead event coordination for weddings, golf outings, banquets, and special functions.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive member and guest engagement.
- Oversee clubhouse facilities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with golf operations staff to support overall member and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality operations (restaurants, hotels, resorts, or private clubs).
- Strong food & beverage management background with a passion for service excellence.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, member- and guest-focused environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills.
- Experience in golf operations strongly preferred.
- Event management experience a plus
