Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume nightlife, bar, or restaurant setting.
• A proven track record of successfully managing large teams and overseeing multi-faceted operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop staff.
• A deep understanding of the local nightlife scene and entertainment trends in Philadelphia, PA.
• Must be a hands-on leader, willing to be actively present on the floor during peak hours.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Responsibilities

The Nightlife General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the venue's late-night operations, ensuring a seamless and high-energy guest experience. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a strategic and hands-on approach.

• Oversee all nightly operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and venue safety.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, P&L statements, and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to promote nightly events and special programming.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
