We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team to success in Wyomissing, PA! As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.

Job Description:

• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
• Perform daily kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to achieve financial goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification a plus
