🔑 What You’ll Do

• Be the on-site AV expert and main point of contact for all property events.
• Drive sales growth by securing new business, closing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Partner with clients and venue staff to deliver seamless, professional events that exceed expectations.
• Oversee all AV operations, from estimates and invoicing to live event execution.
• Lead, support, and train AV technicians to uphold consistent service excellence.
• Manage budgets, control operating costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
