Position Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years in an artisan bakery setting.
• Skillset: A true passion for bread making, with a readiness to learn and grow. Experience with naturally leavened breads and lamination is a plus, although we provide training for the right candidate.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge in vegan and/or gluten-free baking is highly advantageous.
• Mindset: A commitment to quality and creativity, with a drive to exceed yesterday’s best.
