Do you have a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience? We're seeking a General Manager who is dedicated, ambitious, and seeks opportunities to grow their career for our Doylestown, PA location. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensure great food and service are delivered to our guests, and manage all employees.

Responsibilities

The General Manager is a leadership role that manages the daily operations of the restaurant, including:

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Overseeing the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures
• Leading and developing a team of servers, hosts, and management staff
• Managing labor and inventory costs
• Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive growth
• Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
