Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Bryant! The ideal Restaurant General Manager leads by example, promoting the vision, recruiting and mentoring a passionate team, collaborating with local businesses, supporting sustainability, and focusing on training a like-minded individual.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and live a healthy lifestyle to promote the restaurant's vision.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and maintain a team of passionate individuals.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or 2+ years current experience as a Full Service Restaurant Manager
- High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $1.5 million per year
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
