Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will handle the daily operations and ensure our procedures and high standards are being met and exceeded daily. The right candidate will have the ability to delegate and build trust but will inspect what they expect leading by example. This individual will be a great teacher and communicator. The Restaurant General Manager will be able to hold their staff accountable while still showing care for their team. We are looking for an individual who is a leader in the community with a positive attitude and winning personality. Making quick decisions and problem solving are fundamentally important in the Restaurant General Manager position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Fast Casual or Full Service concept
• High volume background – must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing at least $1.5 million in annual sales
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
