Restaurant General Manager – Bentonville, Arkansas


We're seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations across a diverse group of dining and beverage venues in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, you’ll shape the service culture, guide a team of managers and hospitality professionals, and ensure every guest interaction feels seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coach, and develop front-of-house teams across a range of dining concepts
  • Establish and uphold service expectations to ensure a consistent guest experience
  • Build and manage staff schedules that balance operational efficiency with team well-being
  • Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to deliver a unified and seamless experience
  • Monitor key financial metrics, optimize labor, and manage costs for long-term profitability
  • Create and refine systems and workflows that enable growth and operational consistency
  • Act as the go-to resource for POS, reservations, and labor management platforms
  • Run engaging and informative pre-shift meetings to align and motivate the team
  • Stay actively involved during high-volume periods—supporting the floor, resolving issues, and connecting with guests


Compensation:

  • Salary: Up to $120,000

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years current Restaurant General Manager experience in a fine dining/upscale establishment
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple venues or varied dining concepts
  • Solid financial acumen with hands-on experience overseeing P&Ls and performance metrics
  • Leads with a collaborative, supportive, and results-driven approach
  • Values structure, systems, and thoughtful guest experience design
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in key hospitality platforms (POS, reservations, scheduling)
  • Maintains calm under pressure and thrives in guest-facing environments
  • Brings a strong appreciation for seasonality, purposeful design, and community connection
