Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our high-volume Dining and catering services team in Quarryville, PA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, culinary, large scale catering, employee development, and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit
• Plans and supervises special functions
• Maintains cash control and payroll records – financial management to drive growth
• Hires and trains unit personnel
• Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations
• Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions
• Oversees management/administrative team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume catering services
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and employee development skills
• Culinary experience preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
