Position Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pastry/ artisan bakery setting.
• Skillset: Passionate about pastry creation with a willingness to learn and grow. Experience in lamination and naturally leavened breads is beneficial, but we offer training for the right candidate.
• Additional Skills: Practical knowledge of vegan and/or gluten-free baking is highly valued.
• Mindset: Driven to exceed yesterday’s best by maintaining a commitment to quality and creativity.
