Title of Position – Bar/Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Bar/Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of company policies and procedures on every level, to ensure effective and consistent customer service and food preparation. The Bar/Restaurant General Manager in this position will ensure their team always executes stellar customer service, will set high standards for service and hospitality, and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. A Professional Bar/Restaurant General Manager will demonstrate strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and unparalleled passion for the industry. The Bar/Restaurant General Manager will work with the entire Management Team to hire, develop, and maintain a strong staff who can work together to execute one common goal. Additionally, the Bar/Restaurant General Manager will conduct liquor inventories and be responsible for product ordering as well as bar budgets and assisting in organizing special events and promotions.

Qualifications:

·       The Bar/Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant experience of at least 3 years

·       The Bar/Restaurant General Manager must be comfortable with LGBTQ community

·       A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Bar/Restaurant General Manager

·       The Bar/Restaurant General Manager must be comfortable with late bar hours including closing the bar/restaurant

·       The Bar/Restaurant General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
