We’re looking for an experienced Branch/Retail Manager to join a busy showroom team in South Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential, and long-term career development.

This company has a strong reputation for quality kitchen solutions and outstanding customer service. They’re now seeking a commercially-minded leader who can drive sales, develop the team, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver a branch business plan that hits ambitious revenue, sales, and service targets. You’ll inspire and coach your team, maintain exceptional operational standards, and ensure customers receive a consistently first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver friendly, professional service both in person and over the phone
• Set and monitor monthly sales targets, supporting team members in achieving them
• Maintain strong product knowledge of both own-brand and competitor offerings to maximise sales opportunities
• Drive branch performance across key measures and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep the branch clean, well-organised, and merchandised to a high standard
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and controls
• Manage all aspects of branch administration

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, or a related sector – Kitchen sector experience is an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic accounting and computer systems
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn
