Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of high performing payroll specialists, serving as their go to resource for questions, problem solving, and day to day direction
• Become the in-house expert on the company’s payroll system and partner closely with leadership on updates, improvements, and system enhancements
• Jump in from day one to spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and help strengthen daily payroll processes and procedures
• Stay hands on by personally processing high volume payroll across weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly cycles in 48 states
