Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate our client’s benefits program to all employees
• Educate the employees on what is offered to them and provide guidance as needed
• Monitor market conditions and evaluate the existing plans in place – propose changes or develop new plans with HR leaders
• Dive into the company’s HRIS system and take ownership for the data and keep the system up to date and accurate
