The Role

As an Experienced Aviation Project Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead impactful projects while building lasting relationships with our valued, long-standing clients.
What You’ll Do
A Day in the Life:
- Oversee and manage medium to large aviation projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and resources align with client goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Develop proposals, including scope and pricing, to secure future opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional project quality through meticulous quality control.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability and innovation into designs.
- Travel as needed, up to 50%, to client sites and project locations.
What You’ll Need
Required Qualifications:
- A professional degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- OR, at least 11 years of relevant experience if no degree is held.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of technical work and 2 years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure as an architect (preferred) or engineer.
- Accreditation such as NCARB, LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional is highly desired.
- Proven experience with terminal expansions, renovations, and aviation projects at regional airports.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- An organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
