The Remote Technology Support Position:
The Remote Technology Support role will work within an end-user oriented remote Technology Support team for customer installations, conversions, service or commercial CCTV, interactive alarm, audio and card access systems.
The Remote Technology Support position will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, installations of commercial CCTV, card access systems, alarm, and fire to provide reliable and high quality remote customer support, remote downloader support for new system installations, upgrades and additions, measure and report on progress and completion of assigned tasks, organize and develop customer and team technical resources and performing routine system configuration changes as needed.
We are hiring for two positions, and candidates must be able to work either the afternoon shift (11:00 AM-9:00 PM CT) or the night shift (10:00 PM-8:00 AM CT).
This position is remote; however, candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), or Virginia (VA).

The position is permanent and non-exempt with a competitive hourly wage structure based on skills and experience. The Company provides a generous benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and fully provided company equipment.
