The Remote Technology Support Specialist – Fire & Burglary:
The Remote Technology Support role will work within an end-user-oriented remote Technology Support team for customer installations, service on commercial and Residential Fire & berg systems.
The Remote Technology Support position will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, remote tech support installations of commercial alarm, fire, burg, CCTV and card access systems, provide reliable and high quality remote customer support, remote downloader support for new system installations, upgrades and additions, measure and report on progress and completion of assigned tasks, organize and develop customer and team technical resources and performing routine system configuration changes as needed. Primary focus on Fire and Burg systems
This position operates during the working hours of 7:00am CST to 7:00pm CST. This position requires to be on a rotating on call schedule.
This position is fully remote; however, applicants must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), or Virginia (VA).
