HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client, a dynamic, growth-oriented organization at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging AI and data-driven solutions to help businesses succeed.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, compliance, and talent development.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with leadership and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, coaching managers on leadership development, team dynamics, and performance management.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states, advising on best practices and risk mitigation.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
  • Manage the entire employee review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Lead initiatives around employee engagement, promotions, and career development programs.
  • Oversee salary reviews and compensation planning, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Drive compliance training and ensure timely completion of required learning and development initiatives.

HR Operations & Process Improvement

  • Own and refine time-off management, reporting, and tracking.
  • Manage audit requirements, ensuring all HR documentation and procedures meet industry and legal standards.
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with IT to streamline the new hire onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for employees.
