Our client specializes in high-impact video and display ads across mobile, app, desktop, CTV, and influencer marketing, and are uniquely positioned to offer Fortune 500 brands precise targeting through direct supply integrations powered by zero-party consent-based data.


They're looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Sales, to lead a team of sellers and drive growth through innovation advertising solutions for Fortune 500 brands and Tier 1 agencies with a focus on self-serve programmatic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a top-tier sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and step in to cover territory if needed and be in-market with the team.
  • Develop relationships with key senior stakeholders, including programmatic buyers and internal trading desks, to close strategic opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide the team in maintaining a strong sales pipeline, securing new business, and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute product growth opportunities.
  • Develop targeted strategies to capture new or expanded revenue streams.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives and collaborate closely with product marketing and strategy teams to shape the programmatic product roadmap


You’re the Right Fit If:

  • Proven track record in selling self-service programmatic digital solutions and experience mentoring or managing at least two team members.
  • You demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • You’re a strong leader and communicator with a passion for making a meaningful impact during a critical phase of company growth
  • 7+ years of digital sales experience, with a proven ability to build, mentor, and manage sales teams to exceed revenue goals.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of 2 or more
  • Extensive experience selling programmatic self-service solutions to global brands and holding companies.
  • Must be currently or recently leading a sales team at an adtech companies ideally coming directly out of a DSP selling self service programmatic solutions.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce to track performance and align customer engagement with company objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills focused on cultivating high-value partnerships with Digital Holding Companies, specifically programmatic teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and team collaboration.


Comp: $170-$200k base + Sales Commission
