SVP, Head of Experience
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 base + bonus
Reports to: CEO
A leading global digital consultancy is seeking a visionary SVP, Head of Experience to drive the future of its AI-powered experience organization. This executive will own the strategic evolution, growth, and delivery excellence of the Experience practice—uniting creative strategy, UX/UI design, content, video, and performance storytelling into high-impact digital experiences for enterprise brands.
This leader will shape how creative and content come to life through advanced AI, generative design, automation, and intelligent production workflows. The role requires equal parts creative leadership, organizational scale-building, commercial strategy, and operational rigor.
What You'll Lead
Strategy & Vision
- Define a bold experience strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build an AI-led roadmap that enhances delivery, differentiation, and client value.
- Establish the organization as a leader in AI-driven experience design, creative intelligence, and content innovation.
- Champion an innovation culture bridging creativity, data science, and performance.
Creative, UX, Content & Experience Design
- Oversee end-to-end experience capabilities: UX/UI, content strategy, CRO, video, and creative asset production.
- Elevate creative output across digital channels—driving engagement, brand consistency, and conversion.
- Integrate emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance creative quality, volume, and speed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are insight-led, measurable, and scalable.
Delivery Excellence
- Ensure flawless execution across major client programs—on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Partner closely with Account, Engagement, and Consulting teams to maintain delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Interface with senior stakeholders as a trusted experience and transformation partner.
Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Own the pipeline of Experience opportunities, supporting pitches, client growth, and new offerings.
- Manage financial performance of the Experience organization, including revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and build new service capabilities.
People & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of 30+ Experience professionals.
- Build a scalable organizational structure aligned to an AI-led creative vision.
- Foster cross-discipline collaboration across delivery, data, revenue, and account leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of digital experience, creative, or design leadership (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated success scaling creative or content organizations, products, or capabilities.
- Deep expertise in content strategy, UX/UI, video storytelling, and performance-focused digital experiences.
- Proven track record of integrating AI, automation, or emerging tech into creative workflows.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and scaling profitable teams.
- Executive-level client presence and communication skills.
- Experience working with regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) a plus.
