Their mission is to deliver compassionate, strategic representation to individuals and families—especially within Kentucky’s Spanish-speaking community—navigating life-changing legal matters.


Due to growing caseloads, the firm is seeking a motivated, bilingual attorney ready to make an immediate impact and grow within a supportive, mentorship-driven private-practice environment.


👩‍⚖️ Who We’re Looking For


This opportunity is ideal for a current or former State Attorney, Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, or recent law school graduate who’s eager to apply their courtroom experience and advocacy skills in a client-oriented private practice.


You’ll join a collaborative team that values initiative, empathy, and professional growth—and receive direct mentorship from experienced immigration and personal injury litigators.



⚖️ Key Responsibilities


  • Represent clients in immigration cases (asylum, family petitions, naturalization, removal defense, and related proceedings).
  • Manage personal injury claims from intake to resolution (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop litigation strategies.
  • Appear in state and immigration courts and administrative hearings.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients—primarily in Spanish.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and firm leadership to ensure top-tier client service.



✅ Qualifications


  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in Kentucky.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong oral advocacy and writing skills.
  • Prior courtroom, public-sector, or clinic experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to immigrant and underserved communities.
