Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a national fire-protection company to recruit a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead and continue scaling the fire protection operations, with a focus on sprinkler service. This is a high-impact leadership position with full ownership of the P&L, strategic oversight of project delivery, cost management, and performance-driven team leadership.

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the P&L and drive profitability across service operations
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, empowering managers and field personnel to meet goals and exceed service standards
  • Oversee project execution from planning through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance align with company objectives
  • Implement cost control strategies to improve service margins and project ROI
  • Develop scalable processes across sprinkler inspection, repair, deficiency, and new install service lines
  • Work with sales team to build client relationships that foster repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and approve annual budgets, forecast expenditures, and track KPIs to keep performance metrics on target
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development initiatives, optimize workflows, and advocate for new tools or technologies
  • Maintain technical and leadership expertise through continuous learning and industry engagement


βœ… Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing sprinkler service teams and large-scale projects
  • Strong command of financial management, including full P&L responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead with clarity and confidence
  • Demonstrated success in growing service revenues and managing operational costs
