This role is integral to branch growth and is backed by a leadership team that values service, safety, and support.

What You’ll Do

🤝 Build and Manage Client Relationships – Serve as the primary contact, ensuring safety and satisfaction.

📈 Drive New Business – Identify, engage, and close new opportunities. Secure long-term service contracts.

🛠 Offer Solutions – Partner with internal teams to provide technical demos and consultative recommendations.

📅 Coordinate Project Delivery – Oversee the execution and delivery of contracted services on time and within budget.

📊 Analyze & Report – Stay on top of market trends and provide clients with strategic, data-informed recommendations.

⚖️ Ensure Compliance – Align all work with relevant codes and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

📌 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer service in the fire protection, life safety, or security industry

📌 Knowledge of fire systems, fire alarm, security technology, or services

📌 Experience with building codes or system integrators (a plus!)

🎓 Bachelor’s degree preferred – but equivalent experience is welcome
