🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering growth and collaboration
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition across diverse business lines
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Stay current with evolving accounting standards and industry trends
• Evaluate and optimize cost accounting practices

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Strong command of GAAP and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
