We're seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to oversee all food and beverage operations across our outlets, banquets, and catering services.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Inspire and manage a high-performing F&B team across all outlets
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent with a culture of excellence and accountability
• Align staff with service standards and operational procedures

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues proactively
• Continuously evaluate and elevate service delivery

Financial Strategy & Oversight

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Track key metrics: food & beverage cost, labor cost, and profitability
• Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to health codes, policies, and local regulations
• Maintain top-tier cleanliness and sanitation standards

Menu Innovation & Event Execution

• Partner with Sales and Culinary teams on seasonal and local menu development
• Lead planning and execution of banquets, events, and promotions
• Curate offerings that reflect Palm Beach Gardens’ upscale culinary scene

Brand & Guest Experience

• Champion brand standards across all guest touchpoints
• Innovate guest experiences tailored to our sophisticated clientele

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership in upscale hotel or resort settings
• Proven ability to lead large teams in high-volume environments
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with the following systems is a plus - (MARSHA, MICROS, CI/TY)
