Residential Property Fee Earner

Spirehouse are partnered with a long established, regional law firm, with offices across Wiltshire & Hampshire who are looking to add a Residential Property Fee Earner to their busy and expanding conveyancing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion

Handle a variety of transactions, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Re‑mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, regular communication
• Ensure all work complies with AML, CQS, SRA and other regulatory requirements

About You

• Solicitor (England & Wales) Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Exec with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and professionalism
