Private Client Solicitor sought for a successful Lincolnshire Top 200 law firm.


The Opportunity


Due to team growth Spirehouse is working with a leading Lincolnshire law firm to recruit a qualified Private Client Solicitor for their well-established team with a strong reputation.


Our client is searching for a driven, talented and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor who are based or commutable to their Boston office.

The Role


You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters including:


  • Preparation of Wills, including those utilising trusts to assist with more complex family situations;
  • IHT/CGT Planning;
  • Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
  • Court of Protection practice;
  • Administration of taxable and non taxable estates;
  • Identifying trust administration requirements.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum requirement is 2/3 years' experience PQE 
  • Solicitors and Legal Executives are all encouraged to apply
  • Working within a target driven environment
