Title: Payroll Analyst (EMEA)

Payrate: Up to €40/hour (DOE)

Duration: Contract through October 30, 2026

Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM GMT

Location: Remote (Ireland-based candidates only)

Summary:

Payroll is where precision meets impact — get one number wrong and it ripples across an entire team's paycheck. We're looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst who thrives on that kind of accountability, ready to own full-cycle payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.

You'll be the person who keeps payroll running like clockwork — from data validation through processing, reconciliation, and reporting — with deep, hands-on knowledge of how payroll works across Germany, the UK, Ireland, and Spain. If you love the challenge of juggling multiple countries and deadlines without dropping a single detail, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries
  • Support the complete payroll lifecycle, including preparation, data validation, processing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Ensure payroll information is processed accurately and within established deadlines
  • Review payroll data and identify and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll completion
  • Support payroll operations for employees across Germany, the UK, Ireland, Spain, and other EMEA locations as needed
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
  • Partner with internal teams and external payroll providers to resolve payroll-related questions and issues
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and other payroll-related activities
  • Ensure payroll processes align with applicable local requirements and internal procedures
  • Provide responsive support for payroll inquiries and time-sensitive payroll matters

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle, end-to-end payroll processing
  • Strong international payroll experience, specifically within EMEA
  • Hands-on payroll knowledge across Germany, the UK, Ireland, and Spain strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting, and data validation
  • Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with international payroll vendors or providers
