The Role

They’re hiring a Project Manager who can bring structure, rhythm, and clarity to complex digital projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring teams stay aligned, stakeholders stay informed, and that every initiative is moving forward with purpose and intention. The ideal candidate is part conductor, part facilitator, and part strategist — someone who thrives in both planning and people work. You’ll be working closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients to scope, plan, and execute engagements with clarity and momentum. This role is hybrid, with an expectation of in-person collaboration at their Vancouver studio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle, from discovery through delivery
• Set and maintain clear timelines, responsibilities, and communication rhythms across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Convene stakeholders to facilitate collaborative workshops around goals, needs, and scope, asking thoughtful questions and creating alignment
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear roadmaps, actionable plans, and prioritised backlogs
• Identify blockers early and proactively support the team in resolving them
• Keep internal and client-facing communication tight, professional, and timely
• Balance speed and structure, applying the right amount of process to support progress without slowing it down
• Maintain a clear view of project scope, budget, and timeline, escalating risks when needed
• Support the continuous improvement of project delivery tools, templates, and rituals

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within an agency, studio, or consultancy
• Proven ability to facilitate conversations that generate clarity, alignment, and forward motion
• Experience running collaborative workshops and scope definition sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable in both public-facing and internal-facing leadership roles
• Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and able to apply them with flexibility and nuance
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams across design, strategy, and engineering
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — able to lead with confidence and empathy
• A natural organiser who can turn complexity into clarity
