The Opportunity

As the Director of Programs & Partnerships, you’ll wear a few important hats: program architect, partnership builder, relationship manager, and trusted connector. You’ll lead the design, delivery, and management of new projects (starting with an exciting youth entrepreneurship initiative) while growing strong ties with partners, members, and community leaders across the province.


You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to elevate programs, enhance member value, and build the next chapter of the impact story.

 

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Programs & Partnerships, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:

Program Leadership & Strategic Development

  • Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of diverse programs that support Saskatchewan’s business community.
  • Develop multi-year strategic plans for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and member needs.
  • Identify trends and emerging issues to drive new program ideas and adapt existing initiatives.

Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, government agencies, and community organizations.
  • Seek new opportunities for collaboration, funding, and advocacy initiatives that advance the client’s mission.
  • Represent the organization at events, forums, and meetings, positioning programs and partnerships for success.

Operational Oversight & Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and measurable ROI.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems to track outcomes, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and the Board on program performance, partnership growth, and impact metrics.

 

Qualifications

As the Director of Programs & Partnerships , you will bring:

  • A relationship-builder at heart, you know how to foster trust, loyalty, and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A program manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and follow-through.
  • A communications pro who can write, speak, and present with polish and confidence.
  • A strategic thinker who connects the dots between initiatives, opportunities, and long-term outcomes.
  • Someone with 3–5 years experience in project management, program delivery, partnership development, or a related field.
  • Ideally, experience working within a chamber, membership association, or government-funded environment.
